The Writer’s Slate

Politicians, School Superintendents, or other Public Officials Think of a political or educational issue that you feel strongly about. As a teen, your voice is more likely to be heard if the issue directly affects you or your family. Write a formal letter to a politician about your ideas.
Businesses Is there a product you absolutely love? Was a cashier especially kind or good to you? Is there a product you don’t like for a specific reason? Do you love/ hate a company’s commercials? You could also write a Horatian (good-natured) satirical letter (but NOT to any insurance company). Write to the company giving your opinions (sometimes they respond, and sometimes they give coupons J).
